Overview
Quiet Alley lets pet owners create digital memorials and honor deceased pets. Users customize monuments and fences in an interactive 3D park (Three.js/R3F), light candles, share memories, and order physical QR plaques for gravestones or urns.
Challenge
Combine an emotionally delicate UX with real-time 3D rendering, flexible privacy controls, HttpOnly auth security, and end-to-end payment & delivery workflows for physical QR plaques across UA/EN.
Outcome
Delivered a production full-stack platform featuring interactive 3D park sectors, live monument preview configurator, tribute system, admin analytics, and Stripe payment flows for digital upgrades and physical plaques.
